White Goods Process from December 31 2023
Hospital Sites
All requests for repair/replacement of white goods for hospital sites – Lister, Watson Court and Birch Court (Intermediate, NHS or Leaseback properties) should be emailed over to the Facilities Operatives – Ian Smith and Nick Protz. The FOs will attend the property to repair the appliances or will arrange to order a new one.
All requests for repair/replacement of white goods for hospital sites at Watermill Lane (Intermediate, NHS tenancies or Leaseback properties) should be emailed to Richard Wilson Facilities Operative. He will attend to repair or arrange to order a replacement.

Any Other Intermediate or Market Rent Property
Any other requests to repair/replace white goods from intermediate or market rent residents will go to the Neighbourhood Admin for Inner London (Tommy Dodridge) or the Neighbourhood Admin for Outer London (Georgina Nicolau) via CRM. This should be raised as a GE to Tommy or Georgina and they will order new appliances.

All Leaseback, intermediate and NHS tenancies

Lister Close
All NHS, intermediate and Leaseback properties except for the Lister Leaseback Offices.
